This facial kit comes with a Triple Oxygen Facial Mask, Incredipeel Pads, and Exglosion Lotion. The products all work very well together and I woke up with a smooth and refreshed face. My skin did have a slight glow to it. I tried to test each product separately to see if any one of them was more effective than the others but they all seemed to work equally to produce the results. However, if I could only choose one product to continue in the future, I would probably choose the Incredipeel pads because of their glycolyic acid content. The incredipeel pads did not irritate my sensitive skin which was a relief since glycolyic acid pads can do that sometimes. The kit is any easy way to try any of Bliss’ products without having to shell out over $50.
TLDR; Bliss’ Facial in a Box works.
10/10: Would buy again.
I call this box “The Beauty Box for the Unemployed” because it is only $5 (free but $5 shipping required). I think it’s a really good deal because you can try some pretty popular drugstore brands for a really cheap price. They send you a box once a season so you don’t get overwhelmed with boxes full of stuff that you’ll never have time to try. Compared to the Target Beauty Boxes, this is way better because it includes a larger amount of stuff to try so you’re sure to find something that you like.
Here’s what it included:
- Secret Clinical Strength Invisible Solid (full size)
- L’oreal Glossy Balm (full size)
- Dove Advanced Oxygen Moisture Shampoo (sample bottle, not packet)
- Dove Advanced Oxygen Moisture Conditioner (sample bottle, not packet)
- L’oreal Youth Code Pore Vanisher (sample packet)
- Nicki Minaj Pink Friday Perfume Sample Vial
- Cover Girl Glowing Nights Nail Polish Small 3.4 ml bottle
- Dove Pure Care Dry Oil (sample bottle, not packet)
- Neutrogena Nourishing Long Wear Foundation (sample packet card)
TLDR; This is a good deal. Sign up here
10/10: Would continue service.
I had originally bought some under eye concealer to take care of my under eye bags but then I decided to try this eye gel to eradicate the problem instead. The Fresh Lotus Eye Gel really reduces my dark circles. The puffiness has been reduced a bit too. My eyes look more awake and I can pretend that I didn’t pull a 6 am party the night before. I only use this at night and switch to a more moisturizing eye cream during the day because I like my under eye area to be moisturized under my makeup. The scent is light and soothing.
TLDR; This stuff works.

I tried the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser because it came in a gift set. At first, I really liked the cucumber scent and light, clean feeling it gave me afterwards. I read the ingredients and kind of got bought into the whole marketing scheme of the “amino acids” that were part of the cleanser. However, after using this once a day for about 2 weeks, I have to say that the ingredients are causing my skin to react badly. My skin stays red and inflammed at the cheeks after using this. I usually use this after doing hot yoga and I just don’t think it cleanses enough to clean away all the sweat from working out. On top of that, my skin usually gets red after working out and this doesn’t do anything to help it because the ingredients irritate my skin.
TLDR; Nice scent but irritating and makes my skin red.
3/10: would not buy again.
Dry lips always plague me when I forget to drink water. So, I got the e.l.f. lip exfoliator to get rid of the flakies instead of peeling them off my lips (so bad!). I didn’t feel like investing in some expensive lip exfoliator from Sephora so I just tried the e.l.f. one instead. I also wanted another excuse to try something else from their line. The exfoliator comes in a lipstick tube.
e.l.f. Lip Exfoliator
First, I moistened my lips a little. Then, I spread the lip exfoliator around in small circles on my lips to remove the flakes. After exfoliating, I took a wet tissue and wiped off the excess. The exfoliator has a vanilla and brown sugar scent to it. One round of exfoliation removed most of my flakes and my lips were pretty soft afterwards and for the next few days. For $3, you really can’t go wrong.
